1. **Download**
Click to download data showing in the current view.

2. **View Picker**
Select between *Day*, *Week* or *Month*.
Note: When viewing in either *Week* or *Month*, you will be asked to choose a particular resource if a resource isn't currently selected.

3. **Data Picker**
Allows you to choose the date that you're interested in.

4. **Status Filter**
A job goes through a range of status changes throughout its [lifecycle](https://helpcentre.fieldpal.co.uk/en/article/lifecycle-of-a-job). You can visually see the status sof any particular job by the colour of the job card. You can use the **Status Filter** to hide/show jobs of a perticular status.

5. **Resource Filter**
Use the resource filter to filter the view to a particular resource. Simply begin typing into this box to search for a particular resource.

6. **Text Search**
Use to search for a particular job or jobs that contain the specific text

7. **Backlog**
The [backlog](https://helpcentre.fieldpal.co.uk/en/article/work-backlog) queue shows the list of jobs that you've created, but have yet to assign to both a resource and a particular time slot.

## Interacting with the Job List

### Viewing the Job Details

To view the details on a particular job in the list, simply click the job that you wish to view.

### Sorting

You can change the sort order of the list simply by clicking within the column header of the column by which you wish to start. For example, if you wished to sort by *Name*, you'd simply click the **Name** column.

### Re-ordering Columns

You can change the order in which the columns appear simply by dragging a column and dropping it to the desired position. FieldPal will remember your new order going forward.
